Conducting assessments of buildings following an incident or loss, we work and coordinate with adjusters, appraisers, and contractors to delineate the mechanical scope of repairs while assisting with the claim quantification.
We provide an expedited and full-service approach to conduct an immediate site assessment, on-site measurements of existing conditions, and preparation of engineered (sealed) drawings. Our restoration team’s precise documentation of existing conditions provides peace of mind to the client, as the designs are intentionally completed to restore the system back to pre-loss.

When it comes to design of HVAC, plumbing or electrical designs, our design team uses state of the art design software, along with an intimate knowledge of the building code, to complete accurate, code compliant designs of high performing mechanical and electrical systems.
Using a collaborative approach with our Structural Engineering division, Element facilitates a smooth execution of the construction process from start to finish, with designs that are accurately representative of site conditions, aesthetically pleasing to the client, and easily understandable for the contractor.
